What we collect

When you use Quick Quote Online we collect your name, phone number, email address, postcode and the description of the job you give us. We do not ask for anything else, and we do not use tracking cookies for advertising.

Why we use it

To reply to your enquiry and send you a quote (our lawful basis is taking steps at your request before entering a contract).
To arrange and carry out the work, and to keep records of work done, including gas safety records we are required to keep.
To deal with any question or complaint about the work afterwards.

Who sees it

Only the people dealing with your job. We do not sell or share your details for marketing. We may use service providers such as email hosting, who process data on our behalf under contract.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not turn into work are deleted within twelve months. Records of work carried out are kept for as long as needed for legal, safety and accounting reasons.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you can ask to see the data we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, or object to how it is used. Email info@plumbersinbirmingham.uk. If you are not satisfied with our answer you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).

This website

The site uses embedded Google Maps, which may set their own cookies when a map loads. The form sends your details securely and nothing you type is stored in your browser.
